Mute does not work with laptop

Hoping to find a Bluetooth headset where the mute actually works with Windows (or is a hardware mute in the headset) and was disappointed :-(

bad example of headset buy at amazon

I was disappointed. I returned the headphones to amazon ( after using only 2 days), due to the poor quality of the contact in the left part of the headset. The sound was interrupted because the 3.5 audio plug had poor contact. I also noticed a problem with the bluetooth connection. I'm using a usb Trust Manga Bluetooth 4.0 adapter. It does not support bluetooth 5.0, but listening to music lasted quite a long time. But then the connection was interrupted ( 1m distance) and a very short fragment of music played continuously in the headphones. Even if I removed the bluetooth dongle from the PC. Interrupting the repeating "music" could only be done with switch off the headsets.

Works great around ear

The fit is comfortable around ear and the option for mono and stereo is great. Have not been able to really test the mix noise cancelling but so far so good. I have it a four starts because the headset keeps announcing Bluetooth connected with battery life. This would not be too bad if it gets announce less often.

Excellent Headphones

I use this with one iphone and laptop (mostly microsoft teams). All of the features, and the sound quality are impressive. These do a great job of filtering out background noise and others talking around me when in those environments. It took me a minute to figure out that having the boom microphone extended was necessary to answer incoming calls.

Clear sound

They have it to where you can do one ear or both ears on listening you can use it like a gamer headphone. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a comfortable pair of headphones that sound good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it for conference calls at my work from home desk. I really appreciate having the ability to take calls in privacy in the event others are around at the time. The headset itself works great and audio is high quality. The blue tooth connectivity was easy to set up too. Headset is also comfortable on my head and could be worn for hours at a time no problem. Would definitely recommend buying.
