I have used at least 7 pros of headphones for work over the past three years, I wanted a headphone that would pick up my voice well and work for meetings week without compromising sound quality for music. These are the best headphone I have purchased.

Perfectly good headset. I was slightly disappointed to find that they would not work with the phone at my work desk but I was contacted very quickly and in kind fashion by support on the issue and though it was not able to be fixed, I am satisfied and happy with your products in general!!!!

Brand new - multipoint faulty

I’ve had JLab headphones before specifically for work. The on the ear work headset/microphone worked wonderfully specifically with the multipoint dual connection. These headphones on the other hand have significant problems with staying connected between two devices. It will continuously state that it’s pairing every 5 minutes every single time one gets disconnected. I tried using it on 1 device and it still continues to do the same. It doesn’t hold connection and it gets quite annoying hearing it over and over again.
- these headphones announce “mute and mute off” when you use the quick mute button and also is indicated by the red light. That’s up to you whether that’s a pro or con.
- I do enjoy the over the ear, feels comfortable

I do not like giving bad reviews but unfortunately this time i will have to. I'm a truck driver, and i need a headset with a good NC mic. The only good set i did have was the JLab play. But the battery started not to last long. Went from lasting 12hrs to about 7-8hrs and that's after having it for about a year. Since then I've tried 3 different JLab headsets, this last one is the Jbud Work. The sound of music and my movies are great, the design of the fold away mic was nice, but the sound quality of the mic was the down fall. Other people hear all the back ground noise as if i was driving with the windows down, and to me they sound as if there talking underwater, or very faint and always having to repeat what each other are saying. Only time they sound clear is when i press the mute button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones do what they're advertise to do, which is grant the user a private listening experience of some quality. I cant say however, that these are one of the better pairs of headphones that I've used. For those that are looking for a more immersive soundscape with longer lasting battery life and far better performance, I'd advise looking elsewhere. If you're just looking for a headset that grants that private hearing, then these will do the job just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have Go-Work (on ear) and decided to "upgrade" to this... Omg what a mistake. Love my Go Work. Love it. I get complements from my coworkers. And some are buying it for themselves.
1. Microphone quality. It's is much worse. My coworkers said they can't hear me well or understand me at all. The "noise canceling" is too aggressive.
2. Flip mic up. We'll it does nothing. In fact if I talk with mic up people can still hear something! Why is it not going into mute???
3. Mute button. Nice new touch of "mute is on" and "mute Is off" voice over. Unfortunate loud click (!!!!) is heard when I press mute. Feels like product released prematurely.
4. Ergonomics. Doesn't work for me. The cups are too small and not rotating. Ouch.
5. Sound quality. Is quite nice.
