Built for smaller heads and audio quality is not as good as I expected. It's like wearing a clamp on your head. I wanted to do the one ear only but it hurts too much to do that. I need the other side attached for the cushion to disperse the pressure. Audio has no depth when used for work phone calls.

I loved jlab’s products…not anymore.

They showed up and only one works. I’m returning them. No exchanging. I had a previous issue and the customer service was great, at first. Now the customer service is just like the products it seems. I have over 10 different jlab products in my house. However, I won’t be buying anymore. Which it too bad because the in case charging feature was awesome.

Not as good as I had hoped.

Poor performance

Had the headphones for a month, microphone cut in/out for first 4 weeks, and now not working at all, which is going to require having to go find some new ones to replace these already this weekend

Complaints of other party having difficulty hearing me on calls. This headset is tight against your head and not able to adjust for comfort. When using the 1 earbud feature, the piece you attach can not use. Way too tight on your scalp. The headset feature is nice having 1 or 2 earpieces if could just adjust it. Love the extended battery life.
