Great Headsets

I have both the go work and the work and the more expensive one makes you sound further away like on a speaker phone.The go work on has a mic that wraps toward your mouth and the other one doesnt.

Seems sturdy -- great sound.

Bought this recently to replace a Go To Work Wireless headset that broke at a weak point (plastic). Hoping that the metal piece near the over the ear earpieces, and not having the earpiece rotate (where the weakness was located), means a stronger and more lasting headset. Love the sound (also much better for listening to music); the noise cancelling feel of the over the ear. More expensive than the Go To Work headset, but much better sound, and more sturdy (I hope). I've only had them a few weeks.

Ear pads too soft = causing soars on ears

Works OK but the over the ear padding is too soft & therefore collapses causing the inside of the "over the ear" to press against both my ears = after more than 1 hour of continuous wear this then becomes uncomfortable and results in soars developing on both ear.
Still a glitch that requires Windows sound setting to use "Microphone Array" as the input device rather than the headphones' microphone driver
Sound etc works well.

Too tight - wearing glasses

Very soft and good sound, but too tight on my head. I wear glasses, too. Regardless, they gave me a headache within 30 minutes of wear. However my diminutive 11 year old says they fit perfectly and loves them.

Overly-complicated

I bought these headphones for a fully-remote job, and while the audio quality is good, there are a bunch of features that have really negatively impacted my ability to participate in work calls. Accidentally turn the mic vertically while on a call? It hangs up. Accidentally tap the power button while on a call? It hangs up. Accidentally tap the decal on the right earbud? You're muted (even while unmuted on the laptop and/or Zoom app). I will be buying a competing product that doesn't make me look unprepared and unprofessional in a work setting.
