Absolutely the BEST washer/dryer I've ever owned. Quality is second to none. More features than I was looking for but now that I have a dryer with a steam setting my iron is almost irrelevant! I also loved the fact that the doors can be reversed, right swing to left swing. I would recommend these appliances to everyone!

Gas wave touch dryer

The wave touch dryer is easy to use. I would not say it is quiet but better than most! It dries very quickly with no problems! I switched from a 8 year old HE Front Load Duet dryer. This dryer is light years ahead of that brand. I do wish this dryer came with a sweater drying rack for inside especially for the cost! But I love this dryer all the same!

I am very impressed with the amount and speed of clothes that can be dried. The only criticism I can think of would be that we were delivered a model without the wave touch feature that had a dry bedding selection that was nice. I believe that the one we have you select heavy duty to do this. But that is being very nitpicky. Overall we love our new washer and dryer.

Broke down in less than a year

Dryer broke in 9 months of being bought/installed. Several repairs done. Awaiting next one. If this repairs it we will, in the end, be without a dryer for 5 weeks straight...during the holiday season. Have had front loaders for years, different brands, and never had a problem until I bought this one. Hoping this next repair fixes it and can enjoy numerous years of non-issue use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GAS DRYER PRODUCT

THIS IS THE SECOND WAVE TOUCH WE HAVE OWNED. THE FIRST ONE WORE OUT AND WOULD HAVE COST MORE TO REPAIR THAN PURCHASE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW DRYER. IT DOES EVERYTHING IT ADVERTISED TO DO. WE REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT IF YOU SET THE TIME, THE CLOTHES ARE DRY AT THAT TIME WITH NO CLOTH BURNS.

We pruchased the Front Load Wave touch dryer and matching washer.
We are very happy with both. The dryer has a much better sensor than our old dryer, and drys quickly.

Great overall Dryer

Very pleased with dryer's overall performance. Quiet and gets clothes to dry effectively. Only minor inconvenience was we that we had to replace a thermal regulator device only after a year which gave a "Dryer Door is Open" error message and did not work. However, Electrolux honored warranty and had a local repairman come out to replace the parts and fix the problem quickly. Otherwise we're impressed with the many variable dryer settings, though we really just use a couple. Nice that we can clean our large comforters with no problems as well. Haven't quite found the "Perfect Dryer" yet, but this is very close it for the price range we looked at in terms of overall value.
