J.A. Henckels make great knifes, not this set!

I have two J.A. Henckels knife sets at my summer home and have gifted a set to my parents, all great knife sets. I purchased the never need sharpening Silvercap set for my winter home and am very disappointed with them. Will be shopping for a regular set of J.A. Henckels knives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our microserrated knives can take some practice to use if you're accustomed to fine edge blades. The advantage is that they are very low maintenance and will never require sharpening.
