[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Each knife has breadth. Not thin steel. Will hold a sharp edge along time. Nothing flimsy about these knives. The bread knife is excellent for chopping clear ice for whiskey!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was at first skeptical about it, but the black base looks great and not cheap. I was concerned about looking like plastic and not wood, but it’s firm and heavy and matched my kitchen counter.
