[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set as (wish list item..yippee) bday gift!! I was so amazed by the set after watching one of my fav cooking shows and knew I had to have them. I have purchased other brand sets but after these I am hooked!

Sharp Ienough but 'black' handles appear worn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned first set thinking they had been used because the handles (advertised as "black") look as if they were over black but had been through dishwasher many times. They are more an uneven, dull dark graphite color. The second set arrived looking the same way. Nothing wrong with a graphite color except for uneveness that makes then look worn. Serrated edges may present a problem in future as they wear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t get a Chetika use all knives, but the ones I’ve used so far are very sharp and just what I’ve being looking for. And the black block goes perfectly with my kitchen decor. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this 14pc Silver Cap knife set to replace an old Henckles set that I’ve been using for over 10 years. The knives in that set were still great, I just wanted an updated set. I was NOT let down. I use these knives every single day and I’m just as impressed with their quality as the day I bought them. I have recommended these to several family members and friends.
