Overall wonderful knife set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the knifes looks and feel. They are a bit heavy but very well balanced making it easier to handle. The micro-serrated blades are excellent for some applications and takes away the burden of needing to resharpen them every once in a while. However the same micro-serrated blades can be a bit bothersome when cutting fibrous material and all the fibers clings to the edge of the blade. It would have been great to have a least 2 straight edges knife in the set (maybe the Santoku and one of the paring knife). That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star review.

Smooth sharp and sturdy knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife block is heavy and sturdy. The knifes are smooth and cut so easily. The weight is heavy enough to make cutting easy and smooth but not enough to hurt my arthritis hands. I dont know why I waited so long for a knife set. It is something I enjoy using everyday and food prep is just part of life and so nice to have that be a bit more enjoyable. Worth it.
