Very sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, and feel. The knives feel sturdy and are very sharp. While unwrapping them I cut my finger. Feels like a paper cut. I underestimated the sharpness. They cut smoothly through my meats, veggies, herbs, etc. these are an excellent purchase.

Great knives for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up in a house where dad was a butcher, in the old days when they actually cut meat, the importance of a good sharp knife was drilled into me. Henckels was always noted as a quality knife. This is the second time I have purchased this set. My first set was just lost when my house flooded otherwise I would have no reason to buy again after 15 years. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
