I’ve wanted a set of Henckels knives since I was old enough to reach the cutting board and be trusted with a blade. Even though these aren’t the “high end” knives of the brand, they’re the best I’ll likely ever have. The separated edges have stayed razor sharp over hours and hours of use on meat and veggies without the need of honing before each use. They clean up easily and best of all, they look amazing on the countertop. This set will last me through my lifetime and I’ll be giddy using them till the day I die.
