Worth every Penny Amazing!

Not only is the red absolutely eye-poppingly gorgeous, it’s a mean lean washing machine. I feel like I was living in the age of hand crank washers, the step up to this sophisticated marvel is so dramatic. It washes huge down comforters, and they turn out perfect. As do delicates, tons of options on cycles, you can set favorties but doubt you'll need to.
My husband keeps looking for me because I can’t stop watching the washer in action,which you can see because there is a light. It’s so obvious it uses tons less water and the clothes come out almost dry so the dryer hardly gets equal time. And it washesl in half the time! Plus its simple to use.
And the less vibration claim is absolutely true. It hardly moves at all even when spinning and it is super quite. It makes doing laundry fun if that is possible. I almost wish I had a bunch of kids so I could do more laundry.
I researched washers for months and choose these because of the cool features and less vibration (since I have mine stacked, it works perfect that way), and I am so glad I did. The other reason that pushed me over, even though they are on the pricey side, is its the only washer where you can reverse the door and I needed that.
Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. If you are consdiering it don't walk but run to buy this awesome washer.
One more note, the red was backordered, and I was getting a little irritated with the delay. When I contacted electrolux they hooked me up with a VP who handled my complaint immediately. Plus when I first emailed they answered those within in hours. So the customer service is 5 stars. I feel confident if I have any issues they will be there for me. They never made me feel unreasonable. Customer service in in NC and GA so infused with southern charm.
In a a word............BUY IT !

Great washer and dryer set - except doors

I've had my Electrolux washer and dryer for over a year and love them, except the doors. We really have a hard time opening and closing them from the first time we got them.

Very Quiet. Use less water. Active Design for wherever you place this washer. It will not make your place ugly.

Cons:
Only cons is the door. If you want to open the door, you have to push the door towards and release it. The amount of gap during the push toward is a bit further, making a decent gap between the door glass and the seal. This make me worry about the water leak in the long run at the door. I own this washer for 6 weeks so far.
