Touch Pad Inop after three months.

No matter what I’ve tried, On-Off only comes on occasionally. And then, Mode Select DOES NOT WORK, and The Press DOES NOT HEAT. G-r-r-r-r-R ! ! AT this point of frustration, I can write the entire “Instruction Manual” from memory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mind your back and fingers

This is very heavy and very hot.
If you want to know what super heated steam at 450F feels like, get up close and personal with this machine.
It has cut down my ironing from 6 hours to 2 hours. and it makes a professional hotel finish.
King Size sheets are a little bit difficult, but just make sure that they are not bone dry and be patient.
If you try to rush, then expect some burns, as you have to use the full plate for best efforts.
Try not wearing short sleeves and maybe use some gloves, or else enjoy the burns, they sure do sting.
I wanted hot and I got it. This is a great product, but KEEP THE KIDS AWAY from it.

We purchased a Singer ESP36T1 steam press 2 years ago. It lasted just over a year and then stopped working. I was hesitant to replace it, but we already had the stand which fits this machine so I bought another one -- same model, thinking we just got a lemon the first time. Just over a year old and the second one has stopped working as well. Very expensive throw-aways.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

I’ve had this machine since 2021. It lasted about a little over a year and quit. I contacted customer service and the warranty was only good for a year. It has been in my closet for two years and I still can’t find anyone to repair it. It was a large investment to help save some money on dry cleaning. I also cannot find a replacement pad for it anywhere. I am fairly handy at repairs but I think I’m out of my league on this one. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I have just not had a good experience with this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useful with some limitations and cautions

I purchased this product a week ago as I do a lot of large items. It is useful but note that the larger surface creates an uneven pressure across the board. The larger portion of the pressing board on the right does not get the same pressure as the middle so I have to press then move the right portion to the middle to get the rest of the wrinkles out. Also be careful when manipulating sheets. There is not a lot of space at the back when bunching up the sheet and maneuvering it with regards to the heat plate so watch your hands to avoid burns. Not sure if a steam roller press would be better, as have not tried one of those but this will save you time and less difficult than an iron.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t buy this!!

Good luck finding a pad or cover for this thing anywhere. I now have a 30 lb door stopper on my hands. After minimal use the cover began to tear and is now useless. I’ve scoured the internet and can’t find a replacement pad or cover anywhere.

Scolded and stained fabric

I followed all the instructions exactly and it scolded my white pillowslip and left yellow water marks on first use. Luckily I tested on old pilow slip first. I used demineralised water as instructed and used the steam button held 3 inches from item and pressed for no more than 3 seconds to test it out and not happy with result at all. Big yellow stains all over the fabric.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
