Accurate and fun, hard to use for younger kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this one! The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because it’s pretty tough to pull the charging mechanism, which makes it too hard for my kids to use.
This Nerf Rival Mirage fires accurately, straight for a reasonable distance, and the balls it comes with are softer than those that I’ve had before, making it really great for having around kids. It has a safety on it as well which I think is another great feature. Overall, very good product and I would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having to ready the gun before and after every shot makes it kind of a hassle. Still a really fun toy for the whole family. Love that it has a safety switch. Bullets don’t hurt when you’re shot…husband and I tested it BEFORE we shot the kids lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nerf Rival Mirage XXIV-800 is a lot of fun. The gun is easy to use and seems to be pretty accurate. The ammunition balls are soft but still bouncy and have a good hit. I definitely recommend wearing safety glasses while using this toy. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the gun occasionally jams and that’s super annoying. It’s not fun trying to play and dealing with a jammed gun randomly.

Nerf wars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddos loved this and I barely got a picture before they had tore it open and started a nerf war! All of my boys (14, 12, and 5) used this you easily and the little nerf balls don’t hurt as much as the darts so that was a win!

Next Level Nerf Battles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Nerf Rival Mirage XXIV-800 complimentary for my honest opinion.
The Nerf Rival Mirage XXIV-800 gets high marks from my Nerf experts (aka my teen boys). It comes with a large removal magazine that holds 10 rounds which can fire rapidly! It was super easy to load the chamber with a pull back method or directly through the breech. It did not jam at all. It has a trigger lock and bright orange colors for safety. It also had was very accurate and had a long range! They said it felt nice in the hands and was not heavy or cumbersome. My kids also liked that it was compatible with other nerf accessories so they can mix and match.
Overall, the Nerf Rival Mirage XXIV-800 performs well and has a durable design. My teens had a blast with a Nerf battle around the yard. I highly recommend safety glasses as it fires fast and strong but generally is safe and harmless for body shots.
