The company that installed it a installed it wrong not 1 time, but 2 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleaner clothes!

We purchased our set a little over a year ago and have had cleaner clothes since. The whites are brighter and all the laundry has a fresh scent that lasts longer. We are very happy with the design and look of the appliances and they are so quite!

Bought this a month ago and purchased it to accompany the washer...it was the only front load washer with reversible door! Rubber smell in dried clothes.

I purchased this dryer 4 months ago and its been simply fantastic. The range of drying options is amazing and I could complete the drying in 15 minutes for small loads if I choose. The design is unique and the light dimming and brightening on closing/opening the door is noteworthy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really great features

I do love my new dryer, however it was delivered without the dryer rack which was a big selling point for me. Electrolux was good about shipping one out to me, but it doesn't look anything like what the manual pictures. It does work, though. I was hoping it would dry a little faster than my old dryer and it doesn't, however, I love all of the added features, i.e.: steam, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The owner’s manual does indicate that not all models come with drying racks from the factory but may be purchased as an accessory.
