I always bought Maytag washers and dryers and never wanted another brand . The man who worked on my washer and dryer on the past recommended Electrolux to me and I am so glad I did when my washing machine broke for good. I bought them about a month ago and am amazed how well it cleans and dries and get wrinkles out of my clothes. My husband get tickled at me because sometimes I just love watching it wash! Thank you for your wonderful product!

i HAVE BEEN USING MY ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER FOR A MONTH AND A HALF. I HAVE HAD MANY OF THESE APPLIANCES OVER MY LAST 70+ YEARS AND MY ELECTROLUX GETS MY CLOTHES CLEANER AND FRESHER AND CLEANER THAN I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE CONTROLS WITH THEIR CUSTOM SETTINGS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR LOAD ARE AWESOME. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Broke for a month

Bought this machine in October 2015 It broke in April 2016. While the Electrolux service center was very helpful, they sent a repairman who lived over 500 miles away and took over 4 weeks to repair the appliance.

Hey there, Fuzzy. Oh my! How awful to hear that both of your laundry appliances needed service calls so soon. I would like to reach out to your personally to review your concerns and answer any questions you might have. I have submitted a response to you via email and look forward to your reply. - Kindly, Derrick
