Great set of knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a set of knives as complete, or as sharp, as this 17 piece set. In particular, the 7" Hollow Edge Rocking Santoku is my new favorite go-to knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to replace an old set of knives. Out of the box, great quality and very sharp. Comfortable handles, and I really like how easy they are to use, especially with the pinch grip. Lightweight as well. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome knife block with truly everything you need! Knives are sharp and holding up well thus far. I can cut my steak dinner with ease in 1 or 2 slices. The reason for 4 stars is because there were no instructions on which slot each knife fits into, so a bit of trial and error. Also the knife slots tend to have more room leaving them a bit wiggly. I believe this may be to allow the flexibility of using any slot for some of the knives.
