We have a GS 20 for over 3 years. It works great. Easy to use and store. Has selections for type of steaming..Able to do many pieces before refilling tank. No issues over the 3 year period. Tye clips that hold the pole up broke. Since the steamer ois no longer made The company was able to locate the replacement parts the next day and ship immediately. Great product and company
