Sounds great, but they are not comfortable no matter which custom size ear tip I use.

Aside from the ear tips you can also change the Powerfins enhancers (S, M, or L). You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears and not fall out. Buyer beware

Had them for just about two weeks. The worst experience I have ever had with headphones. Sometimes they just shut off and won’t turn on again. Constantly falling out of the ear, unpairing. Very poor sound canceling. Just a terrible set of headphones

If the earbuds randomly shut off and eventually won't turn on, please check if it happens when the earbuds are low in battery via the JBL Headphones App. To ensure the earbuds have a consistent battery charge, please clean the earbud and charging case's metallic contacts using a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then leave the earbuds charging for 2 hours. While the earbuds are connected to your source, please ensure that the source is close to your earbuds and away from any other sources of wireless signals to avoid interruptions with your connectivity. In addition, you can try to factory reset the JBL Reflect Aero TWS by double-tapping the earbud's button on any side, then hold it for 5 seconds on your third tap. Resetting the unit will clear its previous pairings and settings, so it is necessary to pair it again to your devices. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

Great Sound Quality, functionality is lacking

Bought these a few weeks ago when my previous headphones reached their end of life.
The Good:
The sound quality is really good! The Active Aware feature is great when running. Noise cancelling works great while working out. Talk Through is a useful feature. Pausing music when taking out one bud is great for my habit of taking one out to talk to someone. Battery life is very good.
The Not So Good:
I have tried all the ear adapter combinations and I can't get a perfect fit. I am a big sweater, so a perfect fit isn't going to come easy, but my previous headphones (3 adapters) had a much better fit than these (9 combinations). I find myself having to fix one bud multiple times on a run or during a workout. Lack of haptic button customization is a bit annoying. You can assign functions to a certain side, but only groups of functions (you can't have the rewind function assigned to the left bud and skip function assigned to right, as they are in the same function group). Have also had issues with the buds seating in the case to charge. Unless you get them juuust right, you can start your next workout with low battery on a bud (about 3 instances so far; has been an issue with multiple adapter settings as well).
Overall, they're good buds for their sound and features, but some of the issues can be annoying and ruin a workout.

So Awesome, Yet They Quickly Were Killed By Flaws

Overall, a really great product. Sound is perfect balance of high, mids, lows. If you are into cRAP, these ain't for you. Feature rich and excellent build quality. Battery life was a bit less than advertised. These fit perfect in the ear and are comfortable to sleep with. For Folks like me that suffer from tinnitus, these buds and their active noise cancellation are a God send. The ear tip does not collapse (muffling the sound) in the ear when changing head positions like a lot of other brands do,
Now for the generous 3 Star rating. These buds have a couple of major flaws in their design implementation. So bad so, that they ceased to be functional. First of all, they suffer heavily from the Master/Slave battery drain issue. With mine, it was the Left bud that was the Master, thus the battery never full charged (with both buds in the case) after some usage cycles and would drain faster than the right bud. Manually manipulating the Master/Slave transition did not seem to help. The Buds/Case were firmware updated in the app. Eventually, the Left bud just stopped working, all together. Though for some reason, the app would randomly show a connection with a 90% charge. It would not operate. The app is the other major contention. While it is nicely built and feature rich, it simply falls flat on those features when only one bud being active. Noise cancelling will not work. Profile for the working single bud is lacking any real usability, It is either volume or play/select tracks, not both. Also, I could never seem to get the handsfree to answer calls or work at all. The real show stopper with the app and the buds themselves are that with only one Bud active, they, nor the case, can be reset. Not physically or via the app. Thus, my Buds became absolutely useless and had to be returned. Unfortunately, the $20 off sale was no longer valid on these buds to even repurchase a replacement.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. This unit has up to 8 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the earbuds don't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, Please contact JBL Customer Support, so we can assist you.

Ambient Aware So Good!

I bought these a month ago and love them. The Ambient aware feature is the best i've ever used. It allows you to hear everything around you so clearly but it doesn't get in the way of the music you are listening to. They are pretty comfortable
I do wish they had these with the ear hooks to hold them in my ears a bit better when running. I use them for workouts at the gym and it stays in better than any other earbuds but every 15 minutes or so I have to give them little adjustments. But compared to my airpods these things are like little pillows in my ears. Earbuds have never really worked for me but these are great.
