Not a good experience

I bought these earbuds to use while working out at the gym. Unfortunately, after testing all three of the neoprene tips as well as the three different sizes for the ear hooks, I still could not get a fit that will allow me to move freely without them reversing in my ear canal in addition the right earbud would run out of charge quickly and would be very slow to charge back to 100%. Have returned for a refund

Excellent earbuds

Excellent earbuds that are suitable for working out or for just kicking back and listening. They connect easily, are very comfortable, allow for a wide range of adjustments and are the quality that I expect from JBL. Very pleased with this purchase.

They are great, except..

These earphones work great, the sound cancelling from outside noise is very effective allowing you to hear the output well. However, even though they came with 3 different sets of soft fitting ear plugs, they still were too big for my ear canals. Perhaps not designed for women? I had to buy a headband that I can wear to keep them from falling out of my ears.

Great earphones

I love these ear phones. They have excellent sound and are easy to use. My one gripe is I have a challenging time getting them to stay in when doing physical activities even attempting different fit attachments. The noise canceling is excellent.

Don't fit my ears.

I am very unhappy with these earbuds. First, they are difficult to connect as I always have to connect them manually. Second, they do not fit my ears and fall out. I probably will not be able to use them.

Thank you for your feedback. Please check if there are other wireless Bluetooth devices near you that can impede the connection. We also recommend refresh pairing by forgetting or unpairing your JBL Reflect Aero TWS on your device. Reboot the device and open the case of your headphones to enter pairing. On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select the headphones to pair. Try connecting your headphones to another device to know if it is an issue with the source device. And for the fit, we recommend trying other eartip sizes and Powerfins enhancers to achieve the perfect fit. For reference, please check our Quick Start Guide Manual. If you need more help, please contact us.

Great for exercising, easy to connect, maintains a connection and good sound quality for the price. My only complaint is about the tips provided - even the largest ones provided don’t give a secure, tight fit. Trying to find good replacement tips has been difficult.
