Good product, but not for small ears.

I bought these because JBL has a good reputation and they were on sale. They do pair with 2 devices at the same time, which most don't do. I only gave 4 stars because none of the ear tips are small enough for my ears. And that makes them hang out far enough to be wobbly. I'll try for a bit before deciding if I'll keep them.

Great sound Quality my go to pair for workout

I’ve been using the JBL Reflect Aero TWS for a while now, and they’ve become my go-to pair for workouts. The first thing I noticed is how secure they feel — the POWERFIN design really keeps them in place, even during intense exercises or running. They’re also IP68-rated, so sweat or rain isn’t an issue at all.
The sound quality is excellent, with strong bass that really pumps you up in the gym, but still clear vocals and crisp highs. I like that you can tweak the EQ through the JBL app to match your preference. The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) works surprisingly well, and the Ambient mode is great when you still want to stay aware of your surroundings.
Battery life is solid too — I usually get a full week of workouts before needing to charge the case. The touch controls are responsive, and the earbuds connect instantly when I open the case.
Overall, these are fantastic for fitness lovers. They’re comfortable, durable, and deliver great sound for the price. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable, sweat-resistant earbuds for gym or outdoor workouts.

Not good for small ear canals

I tried all sizes of the ear buds but could not get them to pass the apps test for good fit.

Not my favorite

My husband purchased the JBL EarPods because I lost my apple EarPods, but given the choice I prefer the apple EarPods. I feel the quality is better, and they are more comfortable.

Poor fit - can't imagine running with these!

The fit is below expectation and I've tried every combination of ear gel and ear fin. Given the description/promotion of these, I planned to use them for running. No way. The other day, while walking around, one bud went from 'feeling secure' to 'bouncing on the sidewalk' in a moment. The ANC works OK, but I have other buds at lower price with better ANC. The app is good, sound is fine, responsiveness to taps is quite good. I have lots of earbuds - Jabra, JLabs, EarFun, some no-name brands and these JBL buds are the worst fit among them all.

Don't always charge in the case

The sound is great. The app's setting are nice. My only quibble is that the ear buds don't stay seated in the case. They have enough wiggle room that the charging contacts don't stay connected. Which means the buds don't always charge when put in the case.

A godsend

I bought this to replace my wired earphones, the cords of which usually tangled up when I walked or did other forms of exercise. And eventually one earpiece or the other would stop working. The JBL Reflect Aeros have been a godsend: easy to put on and off and recharge; great sound; and simple to switch from "noise cancelling" to "ambient alert" to "talk through. As a senior citizen, I sometimes have trouble with IT, but I found the instructions to connect this device to my iPhone intuitive.
