[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of the feather weight vacuums. One for my mom (she 89) and one for me. My mom likes hers because it is light and small. It reaches into tight places. I like mine because it is handy for a quick clean up. We have 3 large dogs and 3 cats- we have pet hair and it works to pick it up in a jiffy without getting out the large vacuum.

I just moved into a new apartment and needed a new vacuum that wouldn't cost a fortune and figured I'd give this one a shot. I've had zero issues with it and I love that it can be used as a handheld vacuum as well for smaller areas.

Used this right out of the box and Love the power! Only concerns: 1. I agree with others, it needs at least another 16" on the cord length plus a clip to hold the cord to the stick when using upright. (I've twist-tied it to the handle.) 2. The cone filter collected all the dust and debris and none of it went into the designated container. (Can this vacuum be operated without the filter?) 3. The hard plastic wheels can scratch wood floors. Suggest Bissell make this vac with soft rubber wheels.
