It only tilts so much until the head attachment lifts off the floor. I'm pretty happy with it still. My last one lasted 12 years before the snap broke. I'd also like to be entered in the #sweepstakes !

I also like how it breaks down to a dust buster for certain jobs. I have a large vacuum for the heavier cleaning, but I love this for day to day.
