[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough good things about this appliance. When I first took it out of the box, I thought it looked and felt like a toy, but wow! The weight is deceptive. The suction as good as my Bissell Cleanview and it works like magic on our Ruggable rugs. As a pet mom with allergies, it's really important to me to be able to clean rugs thoroughly. I actually thanked my husband for finding this for me online. Don't hesitate! You will never regret buying this vacuum!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She immediately put it to use so we quickly learned the pros and cons. The vacuum is very light weight, quiet and has great suction. The capacity for dirt was adequate and emptied easily. It worked great on flat wood and tile floors. It was very difficult to use on carpet however as it dragged significantly, especially in the forward direction. We also found that even with th 15 foot cord, we were frequently unplugging and plugging it in multiple times, even in a single room. We ultimately decided that the vacuum did not meet our needs and have decided to return it along with the spare vacuum bag we purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it almost every day. I have 2 golden retrievers that shed constantly. I love this vacuum. I don't have to get out my big vacuum. I keep the vacuum stick out for for easy access to use when I can't stand all the dog hair on the kitchen floor.
