[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awful, cheap piece of equipment. Do not buy it. Bissell could do a lot better = shame on them for putting out such an inferior product. This is my second disappointment with them.

Sorry to hear this, Denise. The FeatherWeight is our lightest weight stick vacuum designed for small areas and quick cleanups. It works best on hard floors because it doesn't have a brush in the foot.

This little stick broom is a great value for the money. I have a cat and it's great for cleaning the litter she throws when she uses her litter box. I love the fact that it comes apart to use as a hand held vac. It's great for getting in the corners. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

My only complaint is that the cord is too short. I need to stop halfway up/down my stairs to change the floor it's plugged in on.
