The price was very good. Wanted to purchase for other daughter & it had been discontinued - hope only because of pricing maybe? I also, own a Bessel vac. But, wanted one for door tracks easy clean up & this suits my needs very well. Nice gift for anyone.

It is light and easy to handle and also to empty the dirt bin The biggest drawback is the cord. The cord is short and you need to either use an extension cord or continually find an electric outlet to move it to. Overall, it does the job for short quick cleanup.

It is a much better option for him that a big heavy vacuum cleaner. I also have a lightweight Bissell (different model) that I use for quick touch ups and we have two big dogs. I was so pleased with mine that I got one for my Dad.

Am 81 and lifting vacuums aren't easy any more and this Bissell is just what "the doctor ordered" and I do appreciate the speed and rapidity with which it arrived. It's absolutely perfect for my needs in this home and I'm very happy. One thing, however, the tool that came with it and yes I know what it's used for, but does it hang anywhere on the vacuum?
