[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this CrossWave HF3 Cordless multi-surface wet dry vacuum be from Bissell to give my honest opinion, the vacuum cleaner is sensational I love it because it helps you save time because it washes and vacuums at the same time. and the best thing is that the CrossWave HF3 has a cleaning cycle to clean the machine, I like that it is Cordless and so I don't have to keep changing plugs to clean different parts of the house. It doesn't make as much noise as other vacuum cleaners and that's what I like. I like it and it is very light and easy to maneuver. It is very easy to clean the parts. This vacuum cleaner has helped me a lot with cleaning my floors since I have a dog and it sheds a lot of hair and also 4 children who always have a mess. I highly recommend The BISSELL CrossWave HF3 Cordless multi-surface wet dry vacuum is phenomenal with cleaning your floors.and finally I like it because it is rechargeable.

Having to sweep then mop can be challenging, especially if the sweeper misses any dirt and the mop drags it around. This Bissell really helps with that by sweeping while mopping. I can compare it to a swiffer, where it cleans but doesn't leave the floor slippery wet. Drying time is very quick and I don't have to worry about slips and falls.

Ruined my Laminate floors on 1st use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this on my 7 month old laminate floors. To my horror, it ruined then after 1 use!! It left all these lines the shape of the roller in my new floors!!! I'm so upset I cried!!!

I have bought this product and after a few months it's belt brakes. I try to reach Bissell. They told that they don't offer a replacement for part but instead they offer some percentage off on new product. I will recommend you before buy a new product, see if they offer the replacement belt because the belt is the only thing that will break and they don't offer our replacement part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2600 sq ft of tile. Some is covered with area rugs, but still a lot of hard floor. I have previously gone through 3 Hoover Floormates over the last 20 years which I felt did an adequate job, but I was never really happy with it. I bought this after a friend raved about hers. Since it is cordless, it is much lighter and easier to maneuver than my previous Floormates and I think the roller type brush does a much better job than the horizontal brushes on the floormate. However, I don't think either of them do a great job getting to the grout lines. I understand there is only the one roller brush available for this model. I would like one that has some bristles so it can scrub better. I think there could be some improvements in the engineering - primarily the clean water tank. It fills from the bottom and the top is rounded so it cannot be placed on the counter. So, filling with water from the faucet is fine, but trying to take the lid off of a cleaner bottle and pouring with one hand is awkward. Also the instructions are minimal. This has 2 water flow amounts but I can't tell from the icons whether one large water drop or 2 small water drops indicate the higher water amount. I like the self-cleaning feature, but you still have to take it apart and clean it. Comes apart much easier than Floormate and goes back together easily. I like it well enough that I recommended to my neighbor who has purchased her own.

The best thing about this product is that it is cordless and portable. I have carpet and hardwood and tile so it is so amazing it vacuums sweeps and mops the floor. I am satisfied with the cleaning performance and having a clean home is important to me and it does help me to achieve that. I have recommended it to my friends and family .I will definitely buy this brand again because of satisfaction and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell HF3 is amazing!!! I live in a 2 story townhome and I have to say the 25 minute battery life on this must be false. I got 2 bathrooms, a hallway and my family room and kitchen done without having to charge it. I love that I can choose how much solution I'm using which helps me get through my whole house without having to fill up the clean water tank. The dirty water tank is way bigger than my previous Tineco. I also love the slim design on this so I can go under my couch, under my kitchen cabinets and I can get right up on the baseboard. The main thing for me is after I used this on my floors I did the paper towel check and the paper towel was still clean. I have 2 dogs, and my girlfriend that live with me so this was super impressive. It's also lightweight and has the glide feature which means it moves forward and backward with ease! Bissell you guys nailed it with this product! I wish to try the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam next but the price of that one is a little much.
