A new purchase

So far so good....we had a Maytag washer for 6 years it started to fail. We did some research and narrowed the field to A GE washer the commercial grade seemed to be the best bet. I'd say it offers a better wash than the Maytag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

machine is fantastic. generous capacity. you just have to make sure bigger loads are balanced before the spin cycle, however it will shut itself down if the spin is too unbalanced. otherwise the longer spin cycle is great for removing all excess water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're extremely satisfied with our new washer. There is only one suggestion that we would like to offer. If there was an alarm signal to advise the user that the washing is complete it would be very helpful.

HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE 1ST WASHER AND THE FOLKS AT GE TOOK CARE OF US! NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW WASHER AND THE SERVICE GUYS WHO CAME TO INSTALL IT WERE THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND MOST POLITE. THANKS GE, YOU ARE THE BEST!

Normal wash and water levels.

The clothes come out whiter. On bulky items speed it tears of my towels. The manual says wash on bulky. That does not work.
