Very slow to preheat.

I don’t love it. It takes a long time to heat up. When it says it has preheated, it’s 100 lower than the desired temperature. The probe to check meat temp has a very short cord. The font is kind of hard to read. You have to open the oven door instead of just tapping the screen to get to the control panel. The top wrath doesn’t move very smoothly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my oven so far. It's sleek looking in my new kitchen and I'm still learning to use all the features. It ccoks exactly as I expect it to, no surprises there.

We bought this to replace an older oven. We wanted a convection oven and a proofing function. This had both plus is capable of being run via smartphone.

The oven is easy to use and I really enjoy the “proof” feature for raising breads and rolls. It came with wi-fi capability and I’m learning that feature.
