Looks good Sprays Ice

Fridge looks great & was same dimensions as previous fridge but French door hinge is much wider so this fridge juts 9” from wall. Also, ice sprays out from the fridge dispenser.

Cheap metal finish?!!

I'm so upset. I spent months visiting stores and reviewing fridges for our new house. I was trying to find one that had all of the features I was looking such as two ice makers and water in the outside and one that would allow for the doors to open all of the way without hitting the sides of the cabinet. I also wanted one that had reasonably high reviews. Finally I was searching for a fridge that had the nice round handles that matched the rest of our appliances. I was so happy when I stumbled on this one and it fit every requirement on my list and had relatively good reviews. When it was delivered, not only were there a couple of dings in two places, there were also weird large depressions in the metal that are quite obvious in bright light. The installer put a level up to it and sure enough, there were slight depressions. I was prepared to replace this with the exact model but then my husband went searching and this is apparently a common issue with the Professional line of fridges and if we order another one chances are high it will have the same issue and the store mentioned they would not consider it returnable for the wavy metal issue, only dings. So now I have to search again and decide what I want to compromise on. I'm really disappointed because it looks like the issue is a manufacturing defect caused by thin steel. Sadly the cheaper lines look like they are made with better metal but don't have the look I was really wanting. I would love to try getting a second one but can't risk it having the same issue. Really disappointed.

Great fitting fridge!

I love the counter fit - it looks so clean and flush, not sticking way out line our old fridge! I like how you can move the shelves around to fit your needs! Great product with one huge failing

In particular the Crispers are outstanding compared to my last fridge a GE. One glaring problem however. No operating instructions or tips on use. It’s an unbelievable flaw in the ownership experience. I have no idea how to adjust or shut off the lower ice maker. You put this much work into a product and fall on your sword at the point of contact with the customer.
