Still Wet

Good machine. Very quite and cleans well. Disappointed the hyped up Crystal Dry does not dry plastics as advertised. Worse is the moisture left on the upper silverware tray with or without Crystal Dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My 2nd Bosch dishwasher

My first Bosch was from a box store. I really liked it. It had a utensil basket that could be a caddy or a in-line "side by side" basket on the periphery. Our current Bosch came from an appliance store. I'm struggling with the 3rd rack on how to place utensils to best fit and get clean. Smaller spoons are a little tippy and if they are tipped, will leave water marks. I'm also trying to follow the guidance to NOT rinse the dishes so the washer will clean better (when sensing dirty water), but with two adults, we run the dishwasher 2 times a week. So, I don't care for the food odor. I like the connectivity to an app. Unfortunately, when I answer the questions about type of load and making it a smart cycle, my dishes seem less clean. Overall, I'm not as happy with my current washer as I was with the less expensive washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it — the 3rd rack is a game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher. The cleaning performance is excellent, it’s super quiet, and the 3rd rack makes organization so much easier. Dishes come out spotless every time, even on the standard cycle. Totally worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Bosch with a GE and regretted it for 5 years. We have now replaced the GE with a Bosch and we are happy again! Its quite, cleans so much better than the GE and overall just a muchbetter project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a replacement for the last Bosch, which reluctantly failed after TWENTY years! I don't think anyone could or should ask for more than that kind of performance. If that is a predictor of quality, then we are good to go.
The new unit has a third drawer (top most) that is marvelous for low-lying items...silverware, spatulas, shallow storage containers, etc. Flexibility is this units middle name, allowing various shapes and sizes of dishes to be loaded. The addition of a light (compared to the older unit we had) is a great solution, since the thing is so darned quiet you can't always tell that it's running! No more steam-in-the-face surprises.
This unit is significantly deeper than the previous one, while fitting in the same space...go figure. Previously, I could load only five glasses, back to front, whereas now I can load seven. This unit saves water and electricity (and soap) since it holds more and thus needs to be run less frequently. Overall, many products are changed just for the sake of change, which seems silly to me, but the changes incorporated into this unit, relative to the past Bosch unit, are significant and helpful...unless one wants a facial steam bath!
There's a reason I went from Bosch to Bosch...Buying quality, if possible, is always a win in the long run. I would add a photo, but all one would see is the wood panel door that blends in with the rest of the cabinets.
This is a solid, enjoyable piece of mechanical equipment!
