Best dishwasher

I'm replacing my old Bosch with exact same one, my old one was 12 years old and loved it so replaced it with the same model, so far so good, not sure it's as quiet as the old model but still very happy, love that 3rd shelf for silverware.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. The only sound I hear is the water draining into the sink. The tray set up is efficient and easy to load. I love the adjustable options available throughout the dishwasher. My dishes come out clean and dry and generally spotless. The settings are easy to understand, although I generally keep it on auto and let it decide for me. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great clean and quiet operation.

Usability nightmare

The dishwasher functions fine, but it has the absolute worst controls of anything I have ever owned. The best way to use it is to set it up once and hope you never want to adjust it. It has no display, just some unhelpful lights that mean completely different things. It will beep and there's no indication of what the problem is. No idea how to fix it. Just unplug it and hope it resets completely. And if you'd like to some other function, you need to download a stupid app to your phone, so Bosch can push ads at you, in the event you want to buy a bunch more dishwashers. Nothing that gets hot or uses water should ever be connected to the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher

We have been happy with the product from the ease of install to the quality of the clean. The crystal dry system leaves our dishes super clean and ready to put away immediately. We were a bit put off by the need to connect the unit to a phone to access all the features, but we do appreciate the alert on the phone when the dishwasher is done. We also appreciate the third rack but have found loading the dishwasher to be a bit of a challenge as the rack configuration is quite different from our last unit. Overall, the Bosch is a great dishwasher.

Surprised - Frustrated

We had a Bosch 500 series for years and were very pleased with how quiet it ran, the awesome 3rd rack and how well it cleaned the dishes. We recently purchased an 800 series. It washes well, runs a little quieter than our old one an has that 3rd rack I now cannot do without. If I had to buy it all over again I really don't think I would. The little aggravation is the 1 janky silverware basket that now comes with it. The tops of the basket don't provide enough spaces for all of your silverware if you have a big family or wait until your dishwasher is full to run it. (They also seem to let your silverware fall around willy nilly.) If you open and don't use the 'tops' of the basket the silverware basket is so short not all of the silverware will stay in place. You may not have room in the very top rack to put the additional silverware. My plan is to buy 2 new silverware baskets that are not made by Bosch. (I wish I would have kept my old ones.). The 2nd thing that really makes me regret purchasing this dishwasher is that even though we leveled up and bought a nicer dishwasher with more options, we don't have access to all of those options unless we connect our dishwasher to wifi. The very basic options are available on the dishwasher itself but the extra options we were looking forward to are only available through the app - you cannot use the app without connecting your dishwasher to the internet and cloud. Ridiculous. There is now a blinking red light for 'machine care' and you're supposed to use their special detergent and use the machine care cycle to disinfect the dishwasher. Not a bad idea, but the there is no machine care button on my 800 dishwasher. It's on the app. I guess it will be blinking for the next 7-10 years - if I can handle it that long. SO VERY FRUSTRATING.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most quiet dishwasher I've ever owned. It does a great job of getting everything really clean and sparkling. My only complaint is there is no indication that the dishes are clean. Most dishwashers will show 'clean' once the dishwasher is done running.

New and almost as good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A replacement for my 23 year old Asko for which I was unable to secure local repair. I live in a very rural area and this was my only alternative. It works well but somewhat difficult to operate. It's as quiet as the Asko it replaces. It does a decent job but a few items were not completely cleaned. I have a dark kitchen and no interior light prevents me from seeing the complete interior. The best part is ever I need service there's an available repair provided by the dealer.
