I highly recommend this washer. It cleans and rinses really well and is affordable. You can choose the settings for wash type and temp. I am extremely pleased with its performance.

Out of balance

Every wash, the washer shakes out of balance. My old washer never did this. Dissatisfied

We'd like to lend a hand with your washer getting off balance. Firstly, let's make sure the washer is level. To do this, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. You may also need to stop the machine and redistribute the load when it gets off balance.

I bought this less than a week ago. It is rather noisy and shakes as if it is out of balance when you attempt to put a large load.

We would like to assist you with this washer and its balancing. Loading has a direct effect on the balancing of this washer. It is advised to load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. We also recommend ensuring that the washer is properly leveled. All four washer leveling legs will need to be adjusted until the washer is level left to-right and front-to-back. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. Concerning but affordable

It broke down 2 weeks into getting it. Thankfully I bought warranty. Unfortunately it took a month to fix because they kept rescheduling on their end and waiting on parts.
