So far the washing machine is doing a good job , the only issue is spin cycle is noisy
Its 1 month so I'm hoping it stays uneventful!

We recommend ensuring the washer is leveled; the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed. This will help the washer stay balanced, reducing any extra vibration that may be adding to the sound level. I would like better operating information on the different settings, one setting the spin cycle lasted for at least 30 minutes, this was on the 3rd washing

Great product for the price. Would give 5 stars except for the staring process. There are times when just pressing start is not enough. I have to press start twice, once to light up the instrument panel and a second time to start it. This us only happened when I am doing my loads back to back. Which is quite frequent when you wash for 5 ever day lol.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're big fans of this washer, and we're glad to hear you're overall happy with the appliance! Among the other great features, we particularly like the status notification that allows you to effortlessly monitor your wash cycle using the notification display that lights to indicate what part of the cycle is ongoing.
Generally, pressing Start/Pause once will begin the cycle. More information about starting the washer is available on page 8 of the manual; that’s linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--esnlivKk--/o60hz6zrissnlkutq8qc.pdf. We recommend disconnecting the washer from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it; this can often solve an issue.
If you continue to have this issue and think the washer isn't operating as designed, our Bodewell service team is available at 1-833-426-3393. They are open Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET, and an appointment can be scheduled online as well, at this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service. A technician would be glad to examine the washer, if necessary.

So far I'm very satisfied with my new washer but I'm a little concerned that when I put bleach in the dispenser I saw leakage from the washer. Hopefully, this won't be a constant problem. Other than that it's doing everything i need it to do.
