Everything about this product , from BB ordering to installation, to putting it into use was as easy as could be. Great product, and some of the best customer service I have ever encountered, on a web purchase. It immediately transformed our backyard into a wonderful fire pit area!

Let me state the facts . Fire pit was damaged upon arrival by shipping company . If not for this it was perfect for my needs . Now the best part . This company was extremely helpful in correcting problem.Bot only would I order from them again I would tell u to do same .
