I appreciate the way the AC was packaged which made it extremely easy to remove and setup was a breeze. Especially, since I’m a 54 year old woman, I was able to do it by myself. Now the real test will be when it’s 100 plus degrees outside.

Turns on and runs cool for 5 minutes then doesn't blow cold after. Only have used twice so clearly dead out of the box.

Easy to unbox and set up looks clean and nice. It immediately cooled down the room we set it up in! Sorry for my tape job making modifications to the window tray vent to use in my floor.
