So far so good. Pretty quiet. Insert is too long for my window. Using one is too short, using with second is too long

this AC really delivers I'm 66yr and had no trouble. theres a hose you can connect to the back that will drain the accumulating water i just put a bucket for the line , so much nicer than having to open the little drain spout all the time. Easy to sleep when on , air is very cold and even flow. would buy another. Pretty design too.
