It cools well, just not as well as my Whynter 14k AC did. I like that it just has one hose, as that made the install simpler than the previous AC.

It looks great but after opening the box and discovering it didn't have the part that allows the tube to connect to the window im going to have to have one sent to us.

Terribile remote

Taking out of the box was no problem and setup was easy it runs great, However the remote is one of the worse remote ever. The instruction tell almost nothing and when you use it it resets the unit. You then have to go to the unit and reset back to where you had it. Overall it's a nice unit but remote is junk. I change the batteries and now it works better. So maybe it's so bad remote but it's still not great.
