Works good!

This is my 2nd AIRO AC. The first had to be replaced because of a clicking sound that occurred when I turned it off. A replacement was sent and know I am happy to have a new one. No problems as of yet.

Initial impression is that this is a quality appliance. It was packed well and the documentation was thorough. It is running in a spare room upstairs and has worked well over the past few hours.

My mom purchased us this air conditioner as a gift since ours broke. We love that it is portable! Ours was missing the drainage tube that it says is included but other than that the process was easy.

Air conditioner works fine. The plastic window sliders are very flimsy and are difficult to mount in the window. I am building a wood frame to replace it and make window mounting quicker

Would want exhaust hose to bend better so can go against the wall closer.
