Surprisingly disappointed

The very first day we plugged it in to use no issues ever since the second day it’s just making this loud noise every time we turn on the AC. Using the fan, it makes no noise is completely silent but as soon as we turn on the AC, it’s this loud noise. Very disturbing.

This is a brilliant unit all the way around. From design style, functionality, and ease of setup this one is a winner. I’ve used some less than desirable stand alone cooling units in the past and this one outshines them all! I literally had this up and running and then connected in minutes. They’ve thought of it all and I am thrilled with it!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!
