Well to keep the warranty I guess you have to review it before you turn it on because step one is scan the QR code for warranty. But I am enjoying that part so far!

Lots of Cold Air

The unit did not fit the window properly. While the size adjustment is excellent horizontally, certain window designs prevent a proper fit vertically on a double hung window. All they needed to do was add a couple extra inches to the width of the window slider to compensate.

Excellent air unit

I have been using it for a bit now and I love this it's ice cold and fills up large spaces with sweet cool air I would recommend this anyone in replacement of a window unit this is way better and much nicer in my opinion and it's not as expensive as it seems for something so wonderful

Definitely cools off my garage. Highly recommend this unit. Well within the budget as well Shipping took a while but so far so great with the unit.
