The 14k was my first portable ac, installation was a breeze. The AC gets very, very cold, (doesn’t blow real hard) but this is an amazing product (for a small room) it works great in 350 sq ft.
What sets this machine apart from the rest is the dehumidifier, which works at the same time the AC is on. It grabs every drop of moisture from the air, keeping your space dry.
I bought a Whynter arc 1230-wn for my larger spaces, it blows harder cold air which cools off larger spaces but the dehumidifier doesn’t compare to the Airo.
It has a light buzz while the compressors, it’s almost soothing. Definitely not loud enough to be bothersome.
