Cooling ability

Live in a 465 sq ft apt and this 10,000 BTU portable a/c is having difficulty cooling my living room and attached kitchen. My 5,000 BTU window unit had no issues cooling the whole apt when it was new. Rethinking my purchase.

Doesn't work that well remote won't stay on when hit power have set at 68 degrees and will not cool only pushes Air out about two feet from unit water collecting on top panel

Great portable ac unit so far, very cool. Installation wasn't too difficult. Havent had to drain the condensation yet after 4 days of usage but draining into a shallow tray to empty doesn't seem ideal when there is no floor drain to use. Happy overall would recommend.
