Not cooling

Room temp 74, my infrared thermometer says its blowing 73.3 degree air on the cooling setting. Also, dehumidify setting hasn't produced any water with outside humidity over 80 %. Help

Registering my new room air conditioner

Just received my unit yesterday. So far, I am happy with the unit. It is well built and designed. I also like the functionality and set up. The only small downside is that the unit is a little loud when the AC (compressor) turns on. Thank you!
