Easy to Use, Even for My Parents

Bought one for my elderly parents and they love it. The buttons are simple, the remote is intuitive, and it doesn’t require any heavy lifting or tricky setup. They’ve called to thank me multiple times!

Right when I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality unit. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, and it runs smooth and quiet. I’ve been using it daily for over a month now and it's just as powerful as day one.
