So far, so good. Only have used the product for 2 days but it seems to be working nicely, keeping my house cool. The installation into the window went smoothly and instructions were straight forward.

Noisier Than The View

I received this unit on April Seven & installed on April Thirteenth.
On start up this unit made very loud noises and would repeat the same noise periodically every 30 minutes. Had Bother In-Law look at it and he thinks it needs freon. He didn't think it was leaking because it is cooling, but that maybe they didn't properly charge the unit.
Still trying to get help repairing and or replacing/refunding.

I love the fact that its so convenient due to just rolling it to where you want it. So far it works great. Love also that its 2 in 1 AC AND humidifier.

14,000 BTU air conditioner

Installation was very easy and works really fantastic already in three of our open rooms that we needed to cool down. I definitely recommend the Airo 14000 portable air conditioner if you need to cool down a large area.
