The new a/c unit just arrived today and it has been put to use already for the 90plus degree weather right now. Installation was simple and easy to follow.

The cooling is great. Controls are easy and comprehensive. Only complaint is that it is a bit noisy running and especially shutting off.

NO Filter in box

Love the a/c unit. I just realize weeks later, that it did not come with an filter. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 5 stars.
