Ordered two, one cools-one doesn't

Let both units sit for 3 full days. Set each unit up. One is blowing cool, beautiful air. The other one is blowing room temp air. Frustrating

The auto swing for the fan opening doesn’t open on its own, me have to manually open it. Once it reaches the temp, it shuts off instead of continually to run the fan to circulate. When it’s cold outside, the AC wont kick on even if the room is warm. Not impressed.

Let it sit upright for 24 hours before first use. Cooled room that was 82 to 75 very fast. Not very loud while it’s on either. So far great unit
