Works pretty good. My office stays hot with multiple computers and hardware. Keeps it pretty darn nice. Was shocked how quiet it was, especially compared to my old one (different brand).

I have no feedback yet, because I was told to register here before using the unit. But opening the box was fine find it problematic to ask for a Review before using the product, so the stars question is also an area that defies answer, but if you insist... I'll simply rate how I Hope it works.

So far this product is working great to cool most of our 1600sq/ft apartment during the hot days. Really glad we got 2 of them for the upcoming summer months!

Easy and simple window install. Only wish the assembly parts could be labeled or marked for easier identification. Overall everything is great.
