This is my second unit because the BTU were a little deceiving in the backdown how much the unit is pushing out vs the maximum capacity it can push out so far the replacement 14k has been easy to setup and keep home office cool. I hope the cold air last many many moons and not just the first year thanks I might have to buy another for the bedroom

Well they're asking me to write this review as soon as I received the unit. What can I say? So far it's as expected. Installation was easy and it's blowing cold air and it's not loud. The one thing I don't like is when it gets to the temperature you've set it too, you can loudly hear how it turns off the unit. I wish it would just keep the fan on. It actually wakes me up. So I need to see if I can adjust it somehow.

So far it's working great

I should have purchased a larger ac but so far the smaller unit is working great. I'm in Texas and this summer has had very high humidity which makes for long hot days. The ac unit was easy to install, I do recommend purchasing additional weather stripping for the window. I have not changed the water overflow yet and I hope it is an easy process.
